This paralegal Jacob Baca took our money and did not do any paperwork or documents for us HE WANTED $5,000.00 ,AND HE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR US .We saw him 2 and 1/2 hours at the most and decided against having him help us,and he wouldn't return our money to us. ONEof those hour he was on the phone while we patiently waited for him.Find someone else save your money .He is stealing people's hard earned cash and pretends to be a man of God! May God bless him he needs all your prayers to get back on the path of OF A GOD FEARING MAN WHO DOESNT STEAL FROM GODS PEOPLE WHO ARE POOR.

Very unprofessional, this man can’t be trusted. I decided not to continue with his services due to a month and a half of just promises and nothing filed in the court
I told him I didn’t want to continue having him handling my case
He decided then to keep the 2 letters ( declarations) my daughter and mother in law had written and which were number 1 piece of evidence in my case !

He never returned them to me and when I called him asking for those documents, he decided to hang up on me, instead of just giving us the documents back!

If things aren’t done his way he will get mad and disrespect you
Only to apologize later with the excuse that he is trying to help you win the case when in reality he’s adding things to the declaration that you never said and you’ll end up lying to the court
Dont go with him
You get what you pay for
He’s cheap but he’s work it’s too

Saddened by the bad decision to listen to his employee outside of the San Bernardino court at the parking lot where he usually puts flyers on windshields

Please spend a little more but go with someone who actually respects you as a client !

I hired premier legal, I believed, and trusted, that Jacob Baca ,was gonna do his job, he was hired for which to help me file all the proper work with san bernardino superior court, and he did , he had a huge, they took my money my paperwork made we sat and talked put a plan together he even was to file a subpoena that was included in the price and he charged me another 140.00 so he said I never received a reply from Jacob or the san bernardino District Attorney's office .. and the subpoena was priced different. Listening to Jacob git me into trouble, and in contempt he should filed the paperwork I'm very displeased with premier legal... will never use or recommend them he won't even give a copy of my file or copies of what was supposed to filed or my money .. so becareful with this fraud stay away from premier legal Jacob baca.

This company was paid to respond to a child support case And was highly disappointed with there services and professionalism.

Paper work was done incorrectly with many mistakes plus different case names and case numbers and the forms were also incorrect and caused a total mess. It took them months to respond and had lost our paperwork claimed it’s here somewhere. Had to request another form to help them complete our order. Felt scammed out !

Once found ,apparently completed we tried to file them at the courthouse. Come to find all of the forms were incorrect which caused unnecessary expense and stress we actually had to completed them again our selves. Don’t let the stars deceive you…

Paid $1200 for nothing . Suggest you do them your self your better off . the courthouses has workshops to help you do them your self and work better than using a company as such. Never did I image to have gone thru this type business I gather now we can’t trust anyone.

In my experience with Mr. Baca, he asked for money up front and was not exactly thorough. I now know of other businesses where they do the work in front of you, then ask for payment after the work is completed.

Unfortunately, this was not the case with Mr. Baca. To put it quite frankly, I ended up having to request that the erroneous, poorly put-together case he filed be dismissed. The 1,500 dollars that were asked of by him were not reimbursed (neither in part nor in full).

Prior to this review, he also felt I "should apologize" for leaving him my original review.

So, I apologized, and I took it down per his request. However, my only goal here now is to warn others by reposting my updated one.

From then until now, I hope that the work ethic of this business has changed for the better.

Jacob is not reliable. I paid for a service that didn't get filed weeks after I had paid for it, if it wasn't because I seeked legal aid from San Bernardino County I wouldn't have found out. Then I ask him for information about some of the paper work he field for me only to hit a brick wall, he never responded to my new Legal service or to me!
