PostNet

Went to mail a letter with tracking and was asked to provide an ID to send a USPS letter. I'm not sure when the law changed, but I don't remember needing to show an ID to send a letter. I took the letter to UPS across the street. NO ID needed. Not sure why Postnet needs see your ID when you send a letter. I will not be back. Your response makes no sense I can go to the Post Office and they don't ask for ID. I can go to the UPS store and they don't ask for ID. I think it is a violation of my privacy to add my name to your system for who knows what reason. My name and address are on the envelope in the upper left corner. Again, I will take my business where I'm not required to show ID to mail a letter.

I experienced excellent service today from Erica at PostNet Verrado. Erica was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She kept her cool despite working with a new computer system in a busy environment. I felt valued as a customer.

Erica help take care of me as I had to ship three different small packages to three different places. We used USPS for one and UPS for the other two. And I had to get a couple small boxes for the UPS packages. She was very helpful and very friendly!as she has been the other times, I’ve been in your store.

Wow! I walked into the store expecting to get fingerprints and leave right after. Ended up spending 30 minutes in the store talking with the owner and his wife. They offer all kinds of printing and ahipping services that I was unaware of. They made me feel super comfortable in the store they were professional and personable. I will be going out of my way to return here for my printing and postage needs.

Erica was amazing and helpful. She is a notary that took the time to make sure that all of my documents were done properly. Thanks you Erica and Debra!

I was referred to PostNet by a local resident. I had no idea PostNet did printing! Debbie (owner) and River were amazing in getting the job done. I had a rush order that needed to be printed for an event we were having and they really took care of us. They went above and beyond for our printing needs and everything looked professional. Top notch customer service from the moment I stopped in. Failed job by the big box guys and tried this place in a pinch and will NEVER go back to the big box stores. George handled my print job professionally and in a timely manner and at the same time treated me like an old friend but we had never met before. Debbie single handedly saved my husbands surprise 50th birthday party when I came in on a Saturday with very complicated and very last minute print job. She was not only kind and gracious but extremely professional in her recommendations on sizing and paper type. I would pay twice as much just for the service here. From a quick package drop-off to full blown professional signage they always provide the top tier customer service and hospitality. Maya is just the icing on the cake. ?
