Thank you for the great experience I had with Brenda and Kellie. They went beyond my expectations in delivering friendliness and great conversation.

I've visited the store many times. Each time I visited, they have treated everyone with a smile, warm greetings, and a feeling that we are taken care of.

I always leave with positive thoughts and wish that there were more people in the world delivering exceptional customer service because that is who they are.

I will certainly be visiting soon.

UPDATE Extremely unprofessional. The woman doing the notary was useless, and she came off a bit racist. In regards to the owner's response below, being a woman of color doesn't mean your employees can't be biased or racist. She did not treat us well. All we needed was a document notarized, but she gave us so many excuses not to do it, and it made us feel uncomfortable. In regards to the owner's response below, it wasn't just the signatures, she also wouldn't tell us what we needed to do and we felt as if she wasn't knowledgeable about what she was doing. We went down the street to UPS and we had it done in minutes. No issues. It was a pleasant time there. Stay away from Postnet. Go to other nearby places instead. This was a waste of time.

Note: after reading the rest of the 1 star reviews, the owner seems to make so many excuses about his/her inept customer service. Whether it's the owner or not, your employees need better
Training. Apparently, they aren't well trained. Don't make excuses. You are losing customers. We will NEVER return here.

Wonderful place! It’s been my first time stepping in and the atmosphere is very inviting! They definitely give the customer service at 100%. It’s very rare to see & experience this now in days. What a wonderful establishment! First off Maya the store mascot and Notre Dame of PostNet is a refreshing sight to see- walking in, having a dog (especially a pibbal) be able to free roam as customers are visiting SHOULD bring a smile to anyone’s face! Give her a good pet for loving sake!

MEG you were my MVP helping tremendously on printing documents and posters for my new business venture! Not to mention getting new business cards created through their on hand graphic designer! A tech savvy project I found daunting was quick and painless- thank you for assisting me, and juggling every other client walking through the door.

Monique gave me top notch service. Friendly, professional, and did all the extras like putting tape over my label to water proof it. You truly get 5 star service. This is my go to place to mail letters and packages. No long lines, all of the packaging materials you need, and always great customer service.
