I've been to many Postal annexes, but this one was by far the best customer service ever! Sam and his wife are wonderful. My son and I had many things that we thought had to be done at the DMV but this postal annex is contracted with the DMV and managed everything perfectly in fact Corrected things that were wrong that we didn't know about. If I have anything to do at PostalAnnex I'm going to Sam at this one. 🎉🎉

If you want to get ripped off, come here. I went in to ship a box to Mexico, there was a guy with rings and a tucked in shirt that helped me out. He told me the box weighed 25 pounds and was being shipped though fed ex express. He specifically stated he was giving me a discount shipping it thought fed ex express and was going to be delivered no later than three days. Within a few days I tracked my package realizing it wasn't 25 pounds but 21 and shipped it with fed ex economy. They are liars and not to be trusted. I know now just to go into fed ex to do business.

I have been going to this Postal Annex for over a year now almost daily to ship and pick up packages for my business. I cannot express how great the service is! The entire staff is always friendly and attentive. I feel like family every time I see them.

This is where I always go to for many things like public notary, shipping, supplies... etc. Sam is great, unlike some other places, he is super careful when he does your notary and really knows what he doing. They always offer you the best deal when it comes to shipping. I''ve been coming to this place since my kids were little. Keep up the great work Sam! 5 stars all the way 🙂 🙂 🙂

Got there at 8:30 store wasn’t open (Google hours are wrong) 5 other people showed up and left. The sign on the door says “We open at 9AM” but no one was there I even waited til 9:30 til I lost patience and left. You guys lost a ton of business today just not even being there. 😭 If you have a legitimate excuse for not being there that’s fine but it waisted a ton of people’s time.

Went there to try and mail something, I wanted to purchase a stamp or label. The man was very rude, when I handed him my envelope he threw it back at me asking where is the stamp. Didn't even ask if I wanted one or gave me the chance the explain why I was there. Terrible service. The elderly man has a terrible attitude. I would go somewhere else. Clearly customer service and just being a decent nice person is out of the question here.

Drop a package off to this Postal Annex location for FEDEX and never to be seen. I drop off a package on July 3rd 2019 at 9:54 am, got a copy of the receipt from Sam (owner). Hoping the package will be delivered the next day since it's only going to Sacramento. Waited the next day and status still pending from FEDEX. Called FEDEX they told me the package was not picked up so there's no status. After a week it's still pending. I went back to Postal Annex and talk to Sam and he insisted that the package was pick up by FEDEX that same day but he can't show me any proof. So i called FEDEX and they started an investigation, after a few days i called FEDEX and was told that the package was not sent by Postal Annex and they need at least a pick up number or any confirmation from Postal Annex that it was pick up by FEDEX. The Postal Annex cannot provide any proof so i lost my $150 item that i ship through them. Very disappointing since this is the first time i use this location Postal Annex 302, 40335 Winchester Rd., Ste #E, Temecula, Ca 92591. I used other Postal Annex before and never had this problem. Very incompetent. I will change this review if they return or find my package. This is for public awareness!

Very rude man took my pkg and refused to give me a receipt. After 5 minutes of arguing with me he finally gave it to me. After reading other reviews I probably should have taken it elsewhere like the rude man asked me to do. Serious attitude. I hope the pkg gets to its destination. Guess I will call corporate. Don't waste your time here!!
