I am so delighted #1 to be able to come into an establishment to talk to people to help set up all of this...I wish the power and gas would do the same. AND TO TOP OT OFF...PERLY!!!!!! God bless you!! You were such an angel helped me and went above and beyond, she is a great example of great customer service, as well as patience. She kept her cool with to be quite frank a very rude customer and kept smiling! Please give this girl a raise! Made a very stressful day an absolute delight!! Thank you so much for all your help!!!

Have been trying to get a refund for more than 6 months. Keep getting told that a manager will call me. NOT 1 HAS! There is NEVER an available manager.
I will be in contact with the Better Business Bureau since there has not been a resolution and see what my next step after will be. I may contact WAVY TV 10.

About 5 days after I submitted an application for water service to be in my name they shut my water off. I had to go in person to request it be turned back on. The lady at the counter said the system showed that the shutoff notification was removed and the crew should not have done so. Thankfully, a crew was sent back out that afternoon to turn my water service back on.

I've noticed that my water bill statements are generated after my payments are posted to my account, however, the bill still show the previous month's balance being delinquent. They act nonchalant about it while claiming they do double billing cycles or something. There's no reason to show an outstanding balance when a payment is processed 13 days before a statement is generated.

No customer service at all They didn't contact me when they dug up a portion of my yard for work on lines that had nothing to do with my house, they didn't contact me or my neighbors when they left a pile of power lines with caution tape (the lines are still a mess months later, near a grade school bus stop, no less), and they didn't contact any of us -me nor my affected neighbors- when they did work on the water lines that made our water pressure too low to be functional for more than half a day now (and counting). They "guarantee" 1 bar of pressure at least, as though any of us can measure, but look at the picture and tell me what you think. They don't answer the phone (I waited an hour), and NONE of us were contacted.

You guys communications suck. My water has been shut off twice the past 3 days, including the holiday because of the city doing work on a line on my street. I haven't been given any alerts, not even a knock on he door. I have family here because we just lost a family member, and my water keeps getting cut off when people are trying to shower! Not only that, but they also damaged the fiber line and took my internet out on New Years Day! I have had issues with you guys communication ever since I purchased my home in 2021. We've dealt with plumbing issues and leaks that I was never made aware of until 3-6 months after it started. Today I called for help and spoke to 3 different women. The first was somewhat helpful but transferred me. The second didn't listen to anything I said, I wish I got her name. She transferred me to another company that sent me straight to voicemail. The third said she'd escalate it to the supervisor and have them call me. Waiting to see if that actually happens. None of the three would let me finish a sentence at all!! Y'all are inconsiderate down there. You lack empathy or any concern. And make your actual good citizens not even want to live here! It's such a pain dealing with you all until someone shows up to the building aggressive and fed up, but it shouldn't even have to come to that.

I truly believe any 5 star review is a lie. Call them during open hours. I dare you. They won't answer. They don't return calls. I've been trying for weeks. If you have an issue like I am, go to city council. Go to the mayor. Look at all these 1 star reviews and tell me I'm wrong that this isn't an ongoing issue.

Horrible customer service especially when they mention how much they appreciate their customers and the military. We have a water leak and the lady I was on the phone with was rude, snide, and unprofessional. To top it off even though I was calm and collect responding with yes ma'am and no ma'am she repeatedly would cut me off. And then after being on the phone waiting for over an hour my call was cut short at an 1hr 13min by her hanging up on me saying she is submitting a ticket. Now I know why no one wants to live in Portsmouth, VA and why this company is the worst in the Hampton roads area.
