The male clerk is very rude , why step to the window if you’re going to be rude ? He’s customer service is a 0 for nine effort. Atleast smile if your going to be rude.

I would like to start this review by saying I had to reschedule an infusion with my rheumatologist to come here .
I have never been to a courtroom before. I’ve never been asked to be a witness before, and no one was helpful. The best / friendly service I received was being padded down and my stuff searched entering the building. The guard was funny and kind. The court clerk was very rude. She helped others who stepped in after they stepped in after me . When she asked me what I needed, I told her “I didn’t know where to go. I was a witness. “ She rolled her eyes and ignored my existence as I awkwardly stood there for 10 seconds, wondering if she was gonna say anything to me after that, she did not. I then proceeded to ask two police officers where to go. They were kind of helpful (considering they were doing something) . I finally found the courtroom. Court started 20 minutes later than it was supposed to and then I find out that I didn’t even need to be a witness.
I didn’t even need to be there, I would really have liked some notice( they had almost 2 months to inform me). I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of 0, because the kind security guard was one heck of a grading curve for the five star. ⭐️
