I visited this office twice and even called once to explain my situation, but they had no idea how to help me and ultimately sent me away. As a result of their lack of knowledge, I ended up having to pay an $85 fee. (For reference, the tag office in Dallas, GA, immediately understood the issue.) It’s clear that some employees here don’t seem to enjoy their job and aren’t interested in helping ā€œsomeā€ customers. If you’re facing confusion or a lack of kindness, I recommend seeking assistance elsewhere.

It is the tax office, while the workers are friendly enough, it it the tax office. I do not know of anyone who likes to stand in line to pay money to the government, but if you so desire, this is one place you may do so.
