Great Customer Service! I had a large check to cash, Alexia made the long process seemed like it was short by talking to me and keep me up to speed on everything involving the verification process to cashing a large check. I also tipped her for being so kinda and attentive.

The PLS team at this location is top notch. I've been cashing with PLS for 9 years, this location is absolutely my home store. The manager Carla is the best, she has always given the best costumer service. I can tell her team really values her leadership. Please, don't change a thing!

I had a problem with a check and had tried two other financial institutions, but then saw Carla here, and she spent so much time on the phone, along with another very helpful employee, and managed to get the check cleared and get me on my way back to my normal life. I can’t say enough good stuff about all the effort they gave to fix a very frustrating and embarrassing situation. They handled it with compassion, efficiency, and respect.
