They are friendly and professional. A rarity in today's society. I didn't feel rushed to get to the next client. I felt listened to and understood. Very respectful and considerate.

I love Jody's restaurant.. one of my favorite places in Alabama to eat any meal.. I have always had good southern eating & hospitality... You will be greeted with smiles, & kindness.. it's a family, & they treat you like family to... Awesome place to sit down, talk a while, read the paper, eat a good meal, & leave happy..?

Very good team and they kept me informed through the whole process!! I didn't think that I could win because of what they said at the first hearing, but it's because they didn't have enough medical records or mental health information on me. But thanks to God and Jesus I finally got my money and so did R. D. Pitts and Zanatty(Babs and Michelle) Thank you guys very much, for fighting for me and for what's right!!!

The receptionist was rude and no knowledgeable at all... wouldn't patch me to anyone but took a message and hung up before I was finished

Difficulty with the secretary: My sons hearing was over the phone, as all hearings are now.. Honestly, I do not believe having an attorney from this agency made any difference whatsoever in my sons case. We are located in Florence, our Attorney was located in Birmingham, no one ever explained that there is NO ATTORNEY located in Florence. Have tried to speak with the Attorney, Mrs Evans since the hearing 1 1/2 weeks ago. She called 1 time the day after the hearing. I was in the Dr. and could not answer. Called the secretary back 2 times to ask the attorney to please call me. No RESULTS. I sadly would not recommend using the Florence office of Pitts and Zanaty. If I had it to do over again I would use a smaller, LOCAL LAWYER, not such a large apathetic company..

This was my disability attorney since 2014 and on July 5,2018 less than 30 days before my 1st time in front of a judge he called and very rudely dumped me as a client, causing me to have to go it alone and I am still having to fight it today. I have found out that he is known for dumping clients when he finds out that the lady judge is presiding and he doesn't stand to make a lot of $$ she only approves 1/3rd of all cases put before her period. I would never trust this rude man with anything! Just because he's rich doesn't mean he should be able to play games with other people's lives. Never go to this man who thinks he is better than you!

Courtney king represented me and she was really awesome. Really nice and explained everything throughout the entire process
