Horrible service! I booked an appointment online, and I go to the appointment location 1 hour before my time. I waited patiently, then when it’s my appointment time. I called them 3 times no one answered the phone….by the way is a Google phone. Finally, someone answered and told me that they are not available at the time which they scheduled me for, that they will be available in 2 hours time from my previous appointment time. He lied and told me that they tried to contact me to tell me about the change of schedule. No one called to tell me about the rescheduled appointment.

Parker was prompt and professional. We were so pleased that we could easily make an appointment and received confirmation immediately via phone and text. We were on a deadline needing our documents notarized and were more than pleasantly surprised with this service!

The process was smooth and quick, however they quoted us the wrong price. They said it was $25 but we ended up paying $125 (for an apparent minor fee). Would recommend other places.

Edit: we did tell them how many documents - still quoted wrong
