Put simply, I cannot say enough good about my experience with Malia and her firm. I , as an out of stater, was accused (and guilty of) an excessive speeding infraction in rural GA that could well have resulted in very serious consequences. I would typically have taken my lumps, but was advised to retain an attorney. I did my due diligence and found Phillips-Lee Law to be far and away the most reasonably priced, responsive, professional, positive, and knowledgeable firm I contacted. My faith was well placed as Malia negotiated a more than fair guilty plea and reduced charge and fines (negating the potential for reckless driving and/or losing my license) and represented me in absentia as well. We communicated wholly by phone and email and she and her office were clear, concise, and accurate in all our dealings. I recommend Malia and her firm wholeheartedly and without reservation.
