I am not a former client. I am a competitor, another attorney unaffiliated with his office. The reviews about Phil being kind and caring are accurate. He is one of the most patient and compassionate attorneys I know. After seeing the 1 negative review I had to write. Yes, unfortunately some of the areas of law in which we practice have strict rules, and in order to properly serve and advise clients Attorneys must require the clients to comply with the rules. This isn't a matter of being mean, but rather of being ethical and competent.

I wont tell you the job he did for me because he didn't do one. I went in for a consultation and he wouldn't even let me talk. He wanted straight to the point. Cut me off or talked over me a number of times. Than he gave me a packet and when I brought it back with everything else I needed he again rushed me through and acted like what i had to say was not important. I will not be paying the 1200 dollars nor will I be doing business through him. Plenty of others, dont let the 5 star reviews in here misguide you like it did me.

We came in for an appointment today. The office was not open on time. When Phillip arrived he was very rude. I would recommend a different lawer.
