About the most useless staff I’ve ever encountered. Rude. Paul petty himself will roll over and DIE on you if you ever have even a slight miscommunication. I told him what I wanted to accomplish with my divorce and custody. He didn’t even try to help me achieve these things nor did he fight for me in the courtroom. He did not keep me informed AT ALL through the process and I found myself calling him more often than anything asking for updates. He also cussed me several times after I called asking for updates from his office. The man is a joke and his office and staff lack much for professionalism or give a dang. I plan to pursue this further with my case with a different lawyer.

Paul Petty was the third lawyer that I went to talk to about my divorce case that was in Heber Springs court. The judge was known for being rude to lawyers and the first lawyers that I talked to said they would not help me because of the judge. Paul took my case charged me 3500.00 dollars and did absolutely nothing to help my case at all! The things he promised me at the time I hired him did not happen!! Paul and his team made me feel absolutely horrible, Paul had no problem getting rude with me over the phone more than once when I would call to talk about the case! I feel I would have better if I had not had him with me and saved the money for the court!!! I would and should have kept looking for a lawyer that is not scared to go in front of a mean judge!!
