Retained her October of 2023 only to have her take money for her assistant to read letters. The new secretary called and asked if I could come in to meet with her. Upon meeting her for a 230 appointment she was 15 minutes late for this schedule. She then talked about how she didn’t want to go to court where my case was. A week to ten days later I get a certified letter with the money she hadn’t spent of the retainer, with no notice. I called and got to speak to Taylor her legal assistant and she advised that Mrs Parker had to many criminal cases and would drop all custody issues due to this. I have gotten the same excuses and the prior. We fired everyone, as well as the death of her family member causing her to be out. I do not recommend receiving counsel from this attorney. She dropped my case a week before trail causing every other attorney to appear in trail working 30 days causing the bill to be much more than what she had returned in her trust fund.

Annette Parker claims to support veterans. Then why does she keep veterans from getting custody of their kids. They fought for this country and deserve to be a part of their kids lives. She lets her clients get away with lies and don’t respond to the opposing sides attorney.

The most unprofessional family owned business. Had there 3 big German shepherd dogs out and as soon as me and family walked in they became agitated and aggressive and went after my family. No apology was ever made towards me or my family even after I (who has been attacked by dogs in the past) ran away screaming and crying. After calming down a woman entered the room and did not introduce herself once, did not go over the situation, and became agitated when we began asking questions.

Had my case with Annette Parker for 10 wasted weeks. She did nothing. She blamed office staff, claimed she fired them. In the end, I find out she lied. During that 10 weeks she took 4 separate leaves of 2 weeks each, one for vacation, one for surgery and also closed her offices for holidays and weather. Some can't be helped but most could. Her staff was there but unable to do anything but call her. My case went nowhere. Within one week of changing lawyers to another firm my case is finally moving. She is a crook. Look elsewhere

Mr.Parker is definitely not one to go to for anything dealing with land, 4 months and still have nothing, he costed us money that was not necessary, and just wanted him to do one thing, one thing and he couldn’t do that.So he was fired, and I called to see if our paperwork was together to pick up to take to another lawyer, then she started saying oh it takes alot of time to get it all together, I said he was fired and my husband was on his way to pick up the paperwork to go to another lawyer.I know we will never use them again.He was trying to rip us off.We will definitely never use him again,

I would not use this attorney. She took our money and abandoned us four days before our hearing and the other party's lawyer railroaded us so yeah horrible lawyer like the worst lawyer I've ever seen in my life I would not use her if she was the last attorney on the face of the earth. And that's being kind y'all.
