Nick was terrific in his diligence and communication with us. The legal and court process can be slow and frustrating at times, but Nick handled all of the necessary paperwork and communications effortlessly. Closing out our brother's estate was a sorrowful process for us, but Nick's professionalism and guidance made it a whole lot easier. Nick you have came to our rescue! We could not thank you enough for being there from the beginning. Our home and property was sold in tax sales last year in September of 2022. It's hard to find a legitimate company these days with schemes and scams, but Overage Refund Specialists is completely legitimate. The owner, Nick, has integrity and actually cares about his clients and associates. Nick will go out of his way to create a win-win outcome for his clients and everyone involved. I have also rarely met someone with as much patience and understanding as the owner, Nick. I am very grateful to be able to work with this company.

When Nick first spoke to me, I didn't quite know what to think as I'm quite a skeptic. But after hearing what he had to say I became more and more interested and comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and seemed trustworthy. One thing I noticed right away was that he was sincerely interested in helping us get what was rightfully ours. He told me how this process works and was realistic and totally up front about the different outcome possibilities. He promised he'd work hard for us and he did. He stayed in touch with me and was friendly and patient with me as I tried to understand how this works. Then before I knew it he called me to say that everything was approved and he'd send me the check. I was so grateful. Nick is great! You'd be hard pressed to find anyone more honest, kind and hard working. I highly recommend him!!! Patty

This is a great company! Nick actually helped me get funds from another company that took advantage of me and kept funds from me! He helped me with a lot of vital information and great advice!!
