unjustifiably angry is cute. No when you do consultations you make it seem like if we already know what we want then there won’t be any extra fees for mediation. Then find a way to add fees. Plus you people are flat out rude and find a way to belittle people after you get money from them. You act like it’s a problem to do your job when people ask questions.

The name is simply misleading. Within five minutes of our free consultation, Mr. PD wanted to know all kinds of Information on a parenting plan, and all these things to file with the court system. My ex and I have coparent it without any type of court involvement for over 12 years we only have three years left. We were trying to get up parenting plan in place just to keep things on the up and up in the last few years of high school. however we were hit with being told that if we wanted to change or if I wanted to take my daughter for a week we would have to inform the court Of the change. I thought this was a mediation so we can come to an agreement out of court terrible terrible terrible name for a business, and definitely was not happy with the outcome of the service. Once we said we didn’t want nothing to do with court the man didn’t want nothing to do with us.

Warning!!! Please note that Oliver is the guy in charge and is one of the most incompetent people I've ever dealt with! I had to remind him on several meetings where we were and what we had already covered and this left open area for additional arguments for negotiation. I lost $60,000 in the initial steps, and because of the poorly written divorce decree that he wrote up I lost about another $40,000 in additional legal fees and this has been going on for years. I wish I would have not tried to save money because in the end it cost more to go with out of court solutions and their lack of knowledge and ability to draft a document that is accurately and definitively legal. The document doesn't protect either side. Also the bias by Oliver who is our mediator was amazingly shocking!

I'm Barry Brooks and I confess I have not worked with Oliver Ross and his team at Out of Court Solutions. But the reason I'm writing is I have had several of my friends do so and have had terrific resolutions for all parties involved. No hostility often typically found with divorce attorneys. And they feel that they saved themselves a lot of aggravation, time as well as money. Very highly recommended!
