O'Steen and Harrison handled my auto accident case in such a kind, caring & most professional manner that it restored my faith that there are still good attorney's offices out there. Mr. O'Steen and Karla worked hard & were very timely & attentive when I had questions. You won't go wrong with them & if by chance they won't take your case, be kind & understand they are the professionals and you should heed their wisdom as to why. Be patient and understanding as you are not their only case and it will work out to your benefit. We had completely forgotten about the funds held to settle medical liens and surprisingly received a check from them after all was settled. We would have never known....so honesty is still honored by this firm. That puts them at the top in my book. Give them a call....

My husband and I were involved in a serious auto accident in Prescott. We both were severely injured. I was in a trauma center for 9 days and in rehab for nearly two months after having undergone significant surgeries. When I contacted O'Steen Harrison I was surprised at the immediacy of their response, the skills and knowledge demonstrated and executed at every juncture of this case. Their systems processes and use of technology to adjudicate my case was another great tool expertly utilized. Most impressive was their diligence, follow-up and their very thorough discovery. I am extreamly satisfied with the service I received from O'Steen & Harrison. Mr. O'Steen is an honest man and a real pleasure to work with. I advise clients to be patient as some of the cases take a lot of time. I suspect the opposing insurance company drags their feet as long as possible hoping the other side will give up, or settle for less. I lost almost $20K in an accident that wasn't my fault. The person at fault's insurance wanted to give me $3,600.00 for my totaled truck. It took about two years, but in the end Mr. O'Steen sent me a check for approx. $32,000.00. I highly recommend O'Steen and Harrison!
