Not only was nick ores unhelpful in my divorce, I feel scammed out of 3,600 dollars. He did not look into the finances at hand, treated my case secondly fiddle because he wasn’t paid enough. During mediation I got hosed, after the fact was a ghost with the ongoing issues I had. Would highly not recommend him as a divorce attorney. During my mediation had the audacity to say “I don’t feel bad for you”
A divorce case where no kids were involved, I did not cheat on my spouse, just wanted to be protected by the rules of law and we did not have much
You hear stories of how great of lawyers people have this is not him!!!

Mr. Ores represented me regarding a parenting time dispute. He was on point for my case and very effective in the court room, and he did it without driving up legal fees. The outcome of my case was better than I had hoped for. My parenting rights as a father were protected and reinforced by the Judge’s decision. I hope to not have another child custody case in CO, but if I do, I will retain Mr. Ores again, immediately.
