As a retired professional myself, I am very disappointed in the services provided by One Accord Legal LLC in completing my prenuptial agreement. The draft document I received was supposedly "boiler plate" but was filled with misspellings, grammatical errors and misplacement of "his" and "hers" throughout the document. My husband and I spent several hours combing through it and made numerous corrections and clarifications. The marital address was also incorrect in spite of our discussion of that fact at our initial meeting. If the document was truly a "boiler plate" document, those errors should have been fixed BEFORE sending the draft document to any clients, including me.

One Accord Legal LLC emailed the "boiler plate" document to my husband's attorney BEFORE we were done with our review and without my authorization. One Accord's "Flat Fee" of $2,900 is quite excessive, especially given that only 1.9 hours were spent on this task. Even at $500 per hour, I should be refunded $1,900.

I've strongly encouraged a thorough review of ALL documents that are sent out of their office, and to make sure to review the specific details in their clients' cases to make sure these types of errors are avoided. I would NOT recommend One Accord Legal LLC for ANY legal matters or advice.

Ms. Ridenour took six months to write a one page defense, as “she was busy,” and has now sat on the return of a $4,500 retainer since April. She and her legal team ignore all correspondence regarding the matter. The last Katelyn replied, she was waiting on the letter’s return or requested that her client shoulder a $65 fee. Now, she ignores all calls and emails regarding the issue outstanding.
