Marty Olsen is who you want to represent you and your children. He is brilliant, yet relatable and easy to talk to. I felt he and I were aligned in our passion for putting the well-being of my children first and trying to do what is in their best interest. He is direct and to the point. He does not waste time and didn’t take advantage by racking up my retainer with useless charges. He explained the process and was available if I had questions or concerns. He really just took care of things for me and I trusted his opinion and expertise all along the way. I wish I could go back in time and could’ve had Marty handle my divorce case. Marty Olsen is my ex’s attorney and I had already heard from previous clients and friends that he wasn’t that great. Today I had my first in person court appearance with my ex and Marty and found it hilarious that while my council was direct, professional and fact based Marty was beyond theatrical. Waving his arms around stating “this poor guy” and making derogatory comments about me. I thought he was going to pop a vein. This isn’t even what you would call a big case.

Mitch represents my ex wife. We had arbitration over 2 months ago and he was supposed to write up the legal document that can be filed with the court. I am still waiting for him to send the legal document to the arbitrator so it can be filed with the court.

Mitch has not been quick to respond and fulfil his end of responsibilities. I do not recommend him.
