He told me they're not taking new clients it's my opinion they're part of the problem. I've talked to them in the past. And they only help tribes not individuals. Making it possible to steal from individual money accounts iim account's personally I think all these native American attorneys are bought off. Are legal system in this country has sold out

The receptionist was as helpful as she was able to be, but they said I could not apply due to what my case was for. Even though I had it expunged in 2013 and they shouldn't have been able to issue a warrant for my arrest in the first place.

I seriously get the struggle between what services are available but so far it seems not much is and have to be so destitute to qualify. Which in metro counties most services are not available thru any department citing out of area. However, many national aides don't do Oklahoma due to it being reservation. So its a choice of having a job or living in service area with no job availability. Something has to change because not all of the 3% live in serviceable areas and educated on what services are available. How is it that the nation categorizes the whole of Oklahoma as a reservation, despite land runs, but we in Oklahoma do not. It's divided between state and reservation. Citizens and non citizens of our perspective Native ancestors. I am a seriously confused citizen of two governments. 😳

I was denied help with a child custody case/ DHS, I asked dor help through OILS because they say they have a lot of exspertice in the ICWA laws. they said they do not help out when its a native American vs native American, I was so upset and I submitted an appeal because that decision made no sense its Native American vs State, its been almost 6 months since I filed the appeal and I have called more than five times to find out the decision of the appeal from OILS and I have never gotten a response. They appear to help out Native Americans but I did not receive the help I so much needed for myself and my beautiful children.
