Tried making a pymt today!! Their phone lines are not working, been trying for the past hr!! Wow they are NTUA ! They should have had upgraded on their system making all that money!! Just waiting to get sued! Some of us don’t take busy lines as an excuse so they need to start picking up their calls.

Does not deserve one star at all! First of all, phone number is worthless; can't reach anyone but voicemail which is apparently full at all times. In times of great need, they shut off electricity when payment arrangements were already made and agreed to. Had to pay a visit in person to make payment along with disconnection fee. Portal needs to be looked into and revamped somehow because it's only upsetting the community from all areas across NN. What's the purpose of the payment arrangement feature anyway, because it's obviously not working. NTUA is certainly a long way from obtaining its overall mission. I believe everyone's reconnection fee needs to credited to all accounts until process improvements are made and sustained. I'm sure all NTUA staff members agree too as they are customers just as we all are. DO SOMETHING!
