Great and fast place to drop your pre-labled packages, or to get something packaged and shipped. There's usually only one person there so they might be very busy, but once you get to the counter, they will take care of you quickly.

Absolutely the easiest place in the New River Valley to drop your packages. Good parking, accessible, very prompt and professional service. Trying to use the UPS location in Blacksburg is absolute hell because you can’t park and they don’t seem to care whether they get your business or not.

The guy who works there has always been super nice whenever I come in! I didn't catch his name unfortunately. I came in with 6 little packages to send out all to different addresses and he was nothing but nice! Even when it started to get a little busy, he had a great attitude towards everyone that walked in the door standing in line behind me. Definitely recommend!!

The gentleman that owns here and the wonderful sweet kind women that is always there with black hair ( I'm terriable with names We absolutely 100% love when she is working she is so great to talk to and is always so kind and fast and understanding talking to her when i drop off thibgs to be returned is usually the highlight of my day.Thank you for being the amazing human being that you are) I can't say enough great things about and his fulltime women emplyee with black hair ! Him and his staff has been nothing but kind to us and so helpful!!! Thank you and it saves us a trip to blacksburg to return our returns!

AMAZING SERVICE!!!! Kylie (sp) very helpful and super friendly. Needed to drop a package off to send back to Amazon. Kylie changed the shipping information on my Amazon account for me, emailed it to this UPS location and printed a label for me, at no charge, all because the bar code to scan isn't accepted at this location. Saved me a trip to Blacksburg. Thank you for going the extra mile! Highly recommend!

A great resource here in Radford. We’ve used their notary services as well as shipping for returns. Good customer service, just remember to print out Amazon return emails because they don’t have the email scanner .
