Sonnia was super sweet, very professional, and explained everything we were to be doing even when the computer didn’t want to accept my fingerprints a few times. She was very patient and took her time and not once made me feel like it was me or my fingerprints, just that it was sensitive and we needed to be careful how it was done. She was able to get my prints and paperwork done with no other issues and truly felt comfortable working with her. If I ever need to do fingerprints or anything else again in the future, I will definitely go back to her and highly recommend others as well. I was able to book with her the next day from her website, spoke with her right away about what was to be done and what was needed, it was quick and a convenient location to get to.
