Mr. Niswanger was not only professional, but also very intelligent, knowledgeable and communicated effectively beyond my expectations based off other prior attorney consultations over the years. Mr. Niswanger took the time to review my unique and complicated situation. When you find yourself in a land dispute, look no further.
Steve represented us against a developer going robber baron.
He knows the laws, and is very upfront about cost vs gain.
He has specialists to bring in and build your case. I felt his size is an asset, as we got his focus.
His billing is exactly itemized and fair, and will make you wish all other lawyers would do the same. He travelled to our jurisdiction and made distance not a big factor.
He prepares well for court. We settled and resolved.
