This is one of those firms that does a "bait and switch". I hired them to set up my LLC and they did that, so that's great, but I had additional questions, as it relates to what I paid them to do, to understand it and what my next steps are (like do I have to file something with my local state), with no answers and having to pay an hourly rate to get those questions asked. I will no longer use their services for anything further and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We have been working with Nielsen Law Group for a number of years now and they have been a wonderful partner in making smart, calculated tax plans. This is an awesome group of professionals. There is a huge difference in the approach to tax planning from an accountant to a tax attorney, and I will never go back to having an accountant do our taxes.
