I am a personal injury trial/litigation attorney in San Diego with a very busy practice. I represent injured Plaintiffs in a variety of cases, including, but not limited to, motor vehicle accidents, premise liability cases, government tort claims, slip-and-fall/trip-and-fall cases, etc. Most of my clients have to undergo Independent Medical Examinations ("IME"), with a doctor hired by the defense. This typically is a very scary and intimidating experience for my clients.

I was fortunate enough to cross Ms. Newton's path about a year-and-a-half ago, and I have been working with her ever since. I hire Ms. Newton to attend my clients' IMEs. She floods my clients with care and compassion, and somehow makes what is otherwise scary and intimidating, tolerable and even pleasurable. (The feedback I get from clients about Ms. Newton is simply outstanding!)

Her wonderful client relation skills (which are INVALUABLE), are exceeded only by Ms. Newton's expertise as a nurse. Simply put - she knows her stuff. I can rest easy knowing that Ms. Newton will protect my clients at their IMEs; she will not allow any examiner to exploit the examination in any way; and she will always deliver me honest, truthful recounts of the examinations (even if it is not what I want to hear).
