They did a great job on my sons taxes ! He already has them in his account. I was looking at the other reviews and was seriously confused because i have had the best communication and absolutely love them. Plus they have the cutest dog that greats you !! Love Lola! And they are working on my business taxes!

Got my taxes done 3 months ago, still haven’t received my refund yet. It’s the first time this ever has happened to me, I was told “the government is behind” but it’s funny if you did your taxes electronically, you would have received it weeks out.
NEVER GETTING MY TAXES DONE HERE AGAIN.
They don’t even send your taxes for you, you have to mail it yourself and pay additional fee…

Loretta Jenkins has an attitude she snaps at you every time you ask a question she'll hang up on you when you're trying to talk to her on the phone she cuts you off when you are talking I got all the information I thought I needed and gave it to her and then she won't touch it for another two or three months and she won't go over everything you give her if it's hard to read she can't explain anything to you. I wouldn't recommend her to another person very unprofessional and not very knowledgeable of the profession she is in I think she needs to go back to school

Loretta Jenkins does not know what she is doing she tells you one thing and does the opposit you take her everything that she asked for and tell ask her if she needs anything else let you know 3 months after its supposed to be done she's just getting to it then when I was finished didn't have half of the stuff on there for my taxes so I had to go somewhere else and pay again to have them done professionally somewhere else

Ask her a few questions and she cannot explain anything And would snap at you every time you asked her a question and she got frustrated because she could not answer it she kept cutting me off while I was speaking and hanging up on me when I called I would not recommend her to anyone

I submitted my tax info to this business 2 months before April 15th. 1 week before April 15th my wife called inquired about when our tax return might be ready. The woman who works there said certainly by April 15th. On April 14th my wife called again to pick up our tax return. The woman said it would be ready by 4pm that afternoon. My wife went to pick up our tax return at 4pm and she still had not touch them. I went back on April 15th, request my tax info back, went home and did them on Turbo Tax in 3 hours. This woman is very unprofessional, could care less if your tax return is done on time or not. Save yourself the aggravation, do not use this business.
