We went in for a meeting today to get some information and advice on how to handle our debt. I was nervous and a bit intimidated, but Nick made us feel very at ease. He gave us unbiased and un-opinionated advice that was very valuable. He was very down to earth and personable. And we truly felt that he wasn’t into only serving the interests of his firm, but wanted us to do what was best for us, and we really appreciated that. I would highly recommend New Chapter Law Group

Nik & Kristin are so wonderful. They helped me over ten years ago with my then-husband's BK and were so wonderful then that after the pandemic and divorce when I decided to file, I contacted them again for myself. They'll sit with you and be direct and honest, they know the law very well, they outline what you need to take care of, and they make uploading documents easy so you don't have to bring a stack of papers into an office or mail anything. They take care of all the filing and make you feel empowered. The email responses are thorough & timely, there are no hidden or spontaneous fees, and the price is ridiculously reasonable for the great service you get. Not everyone will qualify for BK, and they're upfront with you about any risks or facts of your life that could be a hinderance for discharge. Knowledge is power. They give sound legal advice and are kind people. My BK went so smoothly and it feels amazing to have a fresh start, thanks to them. I highly recommend them to anyone who'll listen.

To be honest, they seemed very money driven and not the friendliest. You meet with the two of them and they act like you are getting something great. When going into a longer BK you really need a good relationship w your attorney. I didn’t feel that with these two. If you have valid questions that even require a short explanation you will get a long drawn out narcissistic email and then you will be reminded you have asked too many questions and you will need to pay more money for any responses. I am sure they know the law and follow it; however, i need someone understanding that actually cared. So glad I decided not to go with them. I have a wonderful Attorney now that is easy to obtain responses from and has made the process so much easier. Also doesn’t nickel and dime. This seems to be a high volume firm trying to cram through as much as they can for the money. They may be great for some, but i had a bad gut feeling. I am anticipating another long drawn out narcissistic response to the review.

So happy to see New Chapter Law Group has expanded to Temecula. I used their services and drove to Carlsbad, BUT they are well worth it. IF you need help financially or with any type of BK etc. I would advise you to USE New Chapter Law Group. They are knowledgable, friendly, trustworthy and they work VERY hard for you. And I had found they are very affordable for all the work they do for you.
So dont hesitate try out the New Chapter Law Group you wont regret it I feel 🙂

NOT HELPFUL. RUDE!
I came to their office to find a solution to my financial problems. They spent time with me but they had NONE. They rejected everything. They offered me no legal help. All they could say at the end of the meeting was, 'Let us know if your financial situation changes.' Hardly any help. I left scratching my head. A complete waste of my time. When I called them a few days later, and again a few days after that, they did not return either call; UNHELPFUL.
As far as RUDE goes, the two of them tag teamed me from the moment I came into their office making me feel quite uncomfortable. They were combative. This is RUDE. Their whole reply to my complaint is a thinly veiled attack, particularly their inappropriate reference to my review and conversation with another attorney; and hence RUDE. I'm sorry that the truth is so difficult for them to accept.
