Nevada legal service has a great legal team that will support you during your journey going to court can be very depressing and stressful but one thing Paul insured me is to not stress myself because I have a team of people that are knowledgeable and that can help me and he did. Don’t waste anytime if you are low income call Nevada legal service. Intake process did not take long. You can do it online. You will get a call within a week after that a lawyer will be assigned to you it was that easy and the only thing that was not stressful. Once you are assigned a lawyer, they go over everything so that you understand everything about your case and you’re right. This service was amazing and Paul is who u should ask for. Good luck

I tried to use their tenant's right center service for legal advice. They don't answer their phones at all. I spent more than week reaching out to them 20-30+ times a day. When I finally caught their call, I spent an hour on the phone and received zero advice. Everytime I asked for legal guidance, I was told that they couldn't provide it. Well what's the point? After an hour on the phone, they told me to go to the courthouse and pick up a packet of documents with the information I needed. It shouldn't take over a week and hours of my time wasted to find out that you don't even have the correct resources to help me. Big waste of time. Avoid them and just go to the courts directly for help.

I was working with Aire Youmans. She lied about the amounts on bills and legal documents that I sent. She will request a conference call and then say, "I can't be on a conference call for every business with you. You need to do more calls to banks, credit unions, and Rocket Mortgage." Then, she was very unprofessional and condescending. I never asked her to make any conference calls with me to banks. Just to my mortgage servicer. Here is the reality. You were NOT listening to me. Apparently not reading the papers that you requested I send. I told you that my mortgage payment is not tied to the Medicaid Lien that I have a lawyer working on. You are the one insisting that it is.

I called banks, businesses, and Rocket Mortgage. I called programs. Your job was to help me with my mortgage. Also, I told you that I had another attorney, a PROBATE ATTORNEY, helping me with a Medicaid Lien. HIPPA Laws exist and I will not just hand over my medical records to anybody. I tried to explain that the Award Letter was accepted and that my probate attorney is waiting for some notice about this issue.

This office gives hope at first, then attempts to cloud the main issue one is trying to take care of. Then their representative behaves as the one I was assigned to. This is not the correct way to be treated by any business.
