I have to give credit where credit is due. George Neskis leveraged his experience working within the Virginia Beach court system to help me shape my mitigation work most appropriately, and then present it to the Court in the most favorable light to help me obtain a more favorable outcome than I had a right to expect. While he cannot control what the officers or judges will do or say, and can’t guarantee any particular outcome, it is clear he has the respect of the court officials, and if you take it seriously, work with him to help him help you, he will put you in the best position to obtain as favorable an outcome as possible. I would unconditionally provide a positive reference for George and his firm.

Mr. Neskis represented me in a serious traffic matter. Our first encounter was a tough one and it was tough because Mr. Neskis was able to pin point personal issues that I had with myself without even knowing me. It was a huge eye opener and at that point I knew my life had to change. Mr. Neskis was very professional with his approach. He did not at any point sell me a dream and tell me what he could do to get me off. Some defense attorneys never speak the truth or tell you the worst in hopes to gain you as a client they tend to make false promises. Mr. Neskis is the complete opposite and we need more defense attorneys like him. He read me my rights (figure of speech) from day one he walked me through everything and didn't sugar coat anything. Mr. Neskis meant business and he was able to produce a very satisfied out come with my case. I am truly blessed to come across this man and I would recommend him to any and everyone!

Some months ago I was charge wit a dui,driving with suspended license (7th offense), and disobeying traffic sign. I didn't know what to do, because I knew I wasn't going to be able to get my license back before a my trail date, becaue of my previous 60 day probation period. So I searched and searched looking for a good lawyer that I knew would represents me to the best of their ability and hopefully get some things knocked down. Still looking but not being able to find a good lawyer yet because either they didn't deal with the type of case or either their price was to high and the way my account was set up I couldn't afford it, so eventually a good friend of mind came to me and said I know a good lawyer the deal with them type of cases and he not going to break your pockets. Thinking to myself "if he's as cheap as he say he may not be a good lawyer"!! So I did my research on him, read all his reviews of older clients,read his bio and the thing I saw and read I was impression so I said "Y not". So I called him up met face to face with him he was very professional, got right down to the point of what's he was going to do and what he was going to try to do he didn't cut no corners, he was straight forward, and he was down to earth I felt very comfortable hiring him to represents me. Today now my case is over everything he said he would do he did it, at first I didn't believe he could because how bad my driving record is But I was wrong. Everything that could have gotten dropped was dropped and everything that had to be dealt with got dropped to the minimum mandatory which means no jail time and the bear minimum fines. Thanks you George Neskis for helping me through this situation.......

We had a legal situation having to do with driving and stupidity - lot's of stupidity. George Neskis got the best outcome. There were community service requirements, but those were warranted. I highly recommend Mr. Neskis!
