Communication was smooth during the first few days, and they seemed very attentive. However, after they officially took on my case, they stopped responding to emails and provided no updates regarding the process. It has now been 9 months since the accident, and I haven’t received any information about the progress of my case.

If they weren’t going to pursue the case, they should have been transparent and terminated the agreement. I could have worked with another attorney long ago. By unnecessarily prolonging the process, not only do they appear to be holding onto the case for potential compensation, but they have also made it significantly harder for me to gather evidence and claim my rights. I do not recommend them based on this experience.
