Few things to note here: They work for the lender; not for you-the buyer. If you keep that perspective, all their actions will make sense. Be particularly mindful of there internet security protocols; they give fraud disclaimers more visibility than they do wiring instructions. When you walk in, no one is there to greet you-think about that as you trust these people to sell you an address.

Not only was my closing handled poorly due to no one ordering my title up until the day before closing, thus delaying the closing. Then two years later I was issued a tax lien from the state of Georgia because this office submitted paperwork that I was a non resident when every paper I completed and I have a copy of says resident. So thus the state said I owed taxes on the profit from the sale of my home. I called for over a month to get this matter fixed and everyone denied they did this and refused to help. I finally was able to get a copy of the form submitted to the state and in big letters it was completed by Teena from their office with their office listed. Its been days since I submitted a copy of this form asking for someone to assist me in correcting and no one will return my calls while I sit with a 13k lien on my bank account from the state. This is a horrible experience I would not wish on anyone. Imagine selling your home 2 years ago and this happening to you due to incompetence from the closing attorneys office.

I went there for a closing & no one was at the front desk & I knew my client was there. I proceeded to locate her & all of a sudden this female says "you can't be back here". Now, this was not my 1st closing, nor a 1st that a person was not in the reception area either. But, I've NEVER been greeted in such a manner. She proceeds to advise I have to check in, okay. No hello, no how can I help. Maybe she was having a bad personal day? So, I go back to the lobby & she ask 1 question, she leaves, I never signed anything to CHECK IN & then she comes back & says follow me.... I'm still giving her the benefit of the doubt because I don't want her behavior to affect my mood with my client. I see my client & she's ready to wrap things up. The closer, in my opinion, is also being a little frustrating because my client wanted her funds wired & there's a different routing # for wires. He came back twice saying no this is not right. I ask my client where she banks, I Google for that banks wire routing #, it's public info!!! Finally, that #worked. As we were leaving the same female was sitting in the reception are, no bye, no have a good day NOTHING!!! My client's sister finally said have a nice day & that girl's response was dry....

Now, if you're a law firm handling the most important consumer transactions that most people will have, which is buying or selling a home. You would expect a high level of customer service, engery & respect. I felt NONE OF THAT!!! I don't have a say in who a buyer uses, but this would not be a suggested referral from me to a customer or client.

Maybe this was a one off experience, but 1st impression are lasting ones....

I gave it 2 stars because their pre closing team was nice & great to work with.

Thank you so much for all that you did to get us to the closing table- Becht, Ryan, Stefan, and Eddie. I know you had all hands on deck for this one! Thanks for all the communication and updates. And, all the behind the scenes I don’t even know about. Definitely a crazy ride. But my clients are thrilled to start the next chapter of their lives in their new home. As always, I love closing with you because I know, even in the toughest of situations my clients will be happy.

Not a great client experience. Dropped the ball on title work. Also not proactive or any sense of urgency when issues are present. Make sure you follow up on emailed requests with phone calls but there's still no guarantee that your requests or updates are viewed by whoever is assigned to the case or transaction. You must micromanage with this staff. They also tend to be inflexible and not care about client experience.

Very poor experience. They NEVER pick up phone calls, nor reply to emails. Very frustrating. This was seller's preffered attorney so as buyer side, we did not have any choice. I will NEVER choose this attorey. We are in the process of switching attorney. Do not waste your time if you want quality service!
