Zero Motorcycles sold me a lemon and made multiple attempts at repair with no success. When asked with kindness and professionalism, they refused to replace the lemon with a new vehicle. This is where Neale & Fhima came in to save the day!

They were polite, professional and communicated well through the entirety of the case. It did take longer than I had anticipated, but all the delays were on the manufacturers side, the team at Neale & Fhima were on top of it from start to finish.
