Just the wheelchair accessible part is a little off. The parking lot is not good for wheelchairs. The entrance is fine. Great service. Nice employees. Good environment. 4-STARS. Could b9 5-STARS... It's just the parking lot.

Yes, navajo tribal utility authority really really needs to update their online systems, just like how they update on cellular services. Some customers don't have time to wait in line or be put on hold and never be served when they need to pay for their bills or they need copies of their bills. NAVAJO TRIBAL UTILITY AUTHORITY NEEDS TO UPDATE THEIR SYSTEMS AND BE MORE EFFICIENT WHEN CUSTOMERS NEEDS TO PAY.

Can't pay in person tried paying online with there new app it freezes when registering. Tried calling to pay bill no one answers. Calls get dropped after 20 minutes of waiting on the phone. Tried using there pay portal also freezes at the end and if there having this much trouble with thier portal and apps how safe is my payment information? So come on navajo nation what do we dowhat happened to helping the di'ne people? Can't even answer a phone what was the purpose of the new fancy building
