The previous judge (Peterson) and previous prosecutor (Devin Hall) unjustly put me on trial for a crime someone else committed against me. I have to live with an assault charge when I was the victim. The department of justice doesn't care. The police report would have shown the prosecutor that I was the victim. As would the supposed evidence. Nobody cares and nobody is willing to make this situation right.
I just went in recently to try getting paperwork to remove this as much as is legally possible, and a bunch of broads working there kept insisting I have a domestic violence charge against me. I apparently know more about the law than they do. I am in no way involved or have been involved with the stranger that committed vehicular assault against me. I felt like most of the women working there were just happy to treat me like I was some sort of criminal. The initial person I spoke to seemed like a decent person. The rest of them just seem like nasty people in general. Just happily digging the knife into a wound I should have never gotten.

Not the greatest phone call, maybe some extra training for reception… I don’t exactly like being talked down to when following instructions from my drivers school.

They should actively listen to the caller, and react based upon questions asked. Or they can be the leader of the phone call, and lead the caller through the information needed to assist. Up to them as well as training procedures.

A lot needs to change about this place, the first thing would be a major update and facelift of the entire building... who in the world goes by paper files anymore The customer service is atrocious it is so obvious they do not want to help you and make every step of the way insanely difficult... So the next thing I would suggest for this place after the facelift is some customer care classes for their employees and perhaps a bit of professionalism wouldn't hurt either. The only place they can go is up from where they are...smh

The receptionist is terrible and rude. She doesn’t know how to explain things or help you even know literally anything about your case. The justice system is terrible in Snowflake, Arizona. I support the police, but they are something else in that town. They really must have no other people to arrest because they go after the mentally ill. They don’t provide you with any information as well. Good luck 👍.
