I’ve debated on posting but after seeing the other reviews I feel like I need to warn people as well. They will not give you your deposit back no matter how spotless the apartment is left. I gave my 30 day notice, deep cleaned the apartment and made sure it looked better than how I received it and I still only got $62 back. I wouldn’t rent here unless you absolutely have no choice. Posted below are the pictures I took after I deep cleaned the apartment, right before I turned in my keys. I will also attach the itemized paper they gave me with my refund.

Me and my wife lived at a property through a couple of years. When this company took over, everything went downhill badly. Sewers backing up, things were broken that I kept telling them about since day one when they took over that were never fixed. No fire alarm I had to buy one and I left it there. We gave her 30 days notice as per the agreement , And then we moved out. They said 30 to 60 days will get our deposit back.. After several emails with no response, finally got an email stating that we were going to get $75 of our $525 deposit back. I called and asked why. They said for touchup paint and blinds.. The blinds were already broken when we moved into Said apartment the paint wasn’t in great condition. We asked them to fix this since since day One and they never did. Now that we moved out they’re charging us for something that was pre-existing. They knew about it. I have several witnesses to the fact that it was like that when we moved.. I don’t know how This company is still allowed to lease with all the bad reviews And bad things are doing To people they rent to. Maybe it’s the fact that they think they can get away With it and no one’s gonna say anything or do Anything. I would not recommend this place at all for any place to live. I mean, look at all of these bad reviews on this page alone. These people took over We were already living there and didn’t know anything about it. Expensive lesson learned.

FUTURE RENTERS BEWARE
My aunt decided to stay at an apartment and fully pay off six months in advance to stay in her hometown to see her grandchildren, only to end up moving out a month earlier than anticipated with an outrageous maintenance fee. Paid the deposit and left the last months rent with them not asking for it back. I shampooed the carpet and DEEP CLEANED every part of that apartment. When she first moved into the apartment she came “home” to cockroaches in the dishwasher and underneath the sink, a dead mouse welcoming her on the countertop in the kitchen, and then remnants of a BLUE CHEMICAL (boric acid powder) all underneath the kitchen sink and on the thing we were supposed to call a stove. This was supposed to be a home she would see her grandchildren at and/or babysit them.I helped my aunt unpack and decorate her new “home,” she specifically ordered wall stickers to NOT LEAVE A SINGLE hole or trace on the paint. But for some reason they CHARGED her 1700 for a new paint job, and specifically refused to use her cabinets because of how unsafe she felt about it. The disappointing thing is we left the apartment with it fixed more than when we first got it because every time she would ask them to have something fixed (door handle to her water heater), they ignored her. They talk about charging for maintenance, but it didn’t seem to look like they charged the last tenants for much since we had to make due with what we started with.
LOOK AT THE PHOTOS HERE
When we asked them for proof on why we were charged that much, on top of having an extra months of rent that we never asked for and her deposit, we got these pictures back as a response.

Can I have someone fix my air I reported this twice and it's 80 in here and it's set on 74. Is there a after hour number for maintenance or something it's hot in my place, and has been hot. I've made reports after reports things are not being done.

I have paid my rent every month on time for the past year. I have scrubbed my apartment top to bottom at 7 months pregnant. I gave them my 30 days as I was supposed to. And they still took over half of my deposit. They said legally they have 60 days to get back with me and my deposit. Day 60 they finally mailed it out. They took 60 days for 3 itemized charges and still got my deposit back to me 3 days late in the mail. They gave me an itemized bill and are now stating one item actually means two different charges. They charged “cleaned and replaced 4 range bowls” as one item. So now that I provided pictures and receipts of us actually replacing those before we left, the cleaning is referred to as the entire apartment. I know there was no mess to clean as well because I had two other people in there scrubbing window sills. So two witnesses to back me up. Another big complaint is that there was constantly sewer leaking in the yard. I called so many times to never be answered as well as the neighbors. I know because we were all on talking terms. So here I am, a week postpartum having to go back and forth over something they continue to lie about. super unethical in my opinion. Currently waiting on the pictures of the “mess” we left just so i can send my pictures back.

Two Words, lazy and unethical. Me and my wife lived at one of their properties for a year and here I'll describe the experience. Throughout our stay at our apartment, the sewer lines busted every month and had feces, urine, and used toiletries leaking all around door and the vehicles out front. All of the neighbors around us and we included called regularly to get this fixed, and after weeks of calling they would come and "fix it" only for it to break open a week later. LAZY. Upon turning in our keys, we called about a month later to see how the refund of our deposit was looking. We were told they we're still working on it, fair enough. We called again two weeks later, and we were met with an attitude saying, "we legally have 60 days to refund you." While we were waiting, we noticed that the apartment was listed on their site, so clearly they're able to do showings of the apartment but are not willing to issue the refund. LAZY. Upon the 60th day of waiting, I called and asked for the refund deposit, and was met with, "our vendors are still making tickets about the issues at the apartment, once we get those we will send this out to you." This was a mistake. I responded with, "the vendors are not liable for the refund, YOU are. I don't care about what the vendor have to say, you said legally we have 60 days, it has been 60 days and rent is due." So after them making us fight for this deposit, which boils down to them again, being lazy, we received 1/3 of our deposit. I asked for an itemized list of what was fixed, and the charges and the charges blew my mind. We were charged for the cleaning and replacing of 4 range bowls, which are the little bowls on the top of a stove. What's so crazy about that is, we replaced those the day we left! They were brand new! They charged us $200 for this, so I again, reached out to them and their incompetent team, and provided proof (pictures and receipts) of us replacing those. They offered a refund of $20!!!! I'm still going back and forth with them to get this figured out, because they said the cleaning charge will stay. Again, this apartment was SPOTLESS, because we wanted our deposit back! They have me and my wife, (5 days post partum) fighting for our money back, because they are to lazy, and stingy to give people what they are owed. LAZY AND UNETHICAL. Its ridiculous, I would never recommend this management to people. Also! Don't forget! If you call their number they provide, no one will answer! They will TEXT you! This is down right lazy!
