I called National Recovery Agency to discuss an old debt and I spoke with Nancy who was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. She looked up my account, found a settlement for 30% off, and was able to set up a post dated payment with my debit card so that I could settle this debt on pay day. She also informed me that once paid, NRA will notify the credit bureaus to have this delinquent account updated as paid.

Man o man!!! Being a person who STAYS on top of her bills and credit, I was floored to receive a notice. Upon receiving it, I immediately called in and Ms.
Nancy answered my call. Can I tell you, I literally talked and talked, my mind racing and this angel Ms. Nancy, allowed me to talk, but also assisted to calm me down.
