I had heard about this program through social media. At first I was skeptical because it sounded to good to be true. But looking more at it and seeing success stories I decided to give it a try. I thought to myself, at this point I have nothing to lose. So I did. I love the transparency of this program. My customer service representative Shawn explained everything to me and asked questions that helped the tailer my program. I am just starting it and hope by the end of it be another success story.

He tried very hard to understand my concerns and explain to me how everything really works. I do appreciate the good customer service and have since updated my raiting.

While I suppose the program works. Beware: they tell you they won't settle unless you have the money in the account- that is not true. They have asked me twice now to put in more money so they can settle. The first time wasn't a lot so I did it. The second time was 1800.00. The program leaves you with just barely enough money for 2 weeks... no sure where they think I have that money laying around. They also tell you the first offer is the best and that you should just settle. However since I didn't have this additional money that they would try to negotiate more 🤔🤔. They are really good at making you feel comfortable with decisions based off untrue information. I'm this far through it so will continue but for new people, be careful.
