Been banking here for years and can not get simple accounts information over the phone. This was never a problem in the past with security questions answered. This was important information needed and no way for me to get to the bank during operating hours.

I don't bank here but I've been in twice for notary services. Both times, I was helped by the notary named Nancy. She is friendly and kind. Overall great experience with this branch, would recommend.

My Mom has lost her phone today and so we went to go pay our water and go to the store. So when we got home my Mom was looking For her phone and so we went to the store and the water and then I checked on find my iPhone whatever it’s called and it said it was at National Bank of Arizona so we went there and the phone wasn’t there. Then we got home again and I checked for the phone again and it said it was outside of NBOA (national bank of Arizona) we drive there and it said it was near the trash can so we get there AND ITS ON TOP OF THE TRASH CAN! So I think that someone from the bank who found the phone just took it inside with them then they noticed that we went there and put the phone there. When I was checking for the phone the little dot was moving to the outside and was going to the trash can. Why couldn’t they just return the phone quick like really and my mom had 160 dollars inside the case but. HOW COME NO ONE TOOK IT!and also one of the workers told us to call the police but she didn’t. If somebody got the phone from the bank I don’t know how can somebody be working at the bank. The bank suppose to have honest people working there. So is the person who took the phone gonna steal the money and not return it. What do you think about this?

Nasty tellers - I went in for a simple transaction - they clearly did not want to deal with me. Might be a fine bank if you are "important", but for the normal person, I was clearly NOT welcome.
