Natalie Malovich’s work with our family traumatized me and my kids and continues to have long-term detrimental effects more than a decade later. Natalie is dishonest, unethical, untrustworthy, dismissive, condescending, and she shows a reckless disregard for children’s needs. Her work provided no positive value to us. We were way better off before we worked with her and I wish we would have never met her.

Dr. Malovich mediated a difficult custody modification case, and was able to help the parties see and understand the best ways to help repair severely damaged relationships between parents and kids. I wasn't sure the other side was even going to appear, let alone agree to anything, but with her compassion and expertise, she was able to get through to him and we got a fantastic agreement.

Malovich was extremely helpful in our case! Our first mediator had a background in law and while she was polite to us - the mediation went no where. After over a year of back and forth, we met with Malovich. She took the time to talk to both parties and try to understand the root of the contentions. She provided reasonable compromises with explanation. She was very professional in guiding conversation to be focused on the children and their best interests. Finally! It was so nice to be in a situation where we discussed the children and their desires.

I’m lucky enough to be in a situation where we previously worked really well with the biological mother. After this mediation I am truly hopeful that we can build that relationship again. Thank you!

Dr Malovich conducted an out of state custody evaluation. My child (14) at the time repeatedly discussed his desire to move in with me due to his mother’s alcoholism & emotional abuse toward him. Despite his reasons & his age giving him the ability to choose where he lives, Dr Malovich decided my son should stay with his mother to “repair their fractured relationship.” Choose a different evaluator! This woman does NOT have your child’s best interest at heart, just your check. No surprise but his mom’s alcoholism continues 3 years later, and it’s just as terrible a situation for him, and I have very little recourse now because of Malovich. This woman should not be doing this job!!

Natalie was an amazing custody evaluator, hosts a brilliant high conflict parenting course that I suggest to most of my clients, and is now a phenomenal mediator with a unique expertise in the high conflict co-parenting situations. I cannot stress enough how amazing Natalie is at everything she does, and I appreciate having her in any capacity on my cases.

Dr. Malovich was very effective at encouraging a constructive dialogue between my co-parent and me. She treated both of us respectfully and helped us connect our decision-making with our children's interests. A capable, reliable professional.

She was the child custody evaluator for my case with my ex husband in june of this last year. She worked closely with my ex husband's attorney. Which was not known at the time. An was recommended by my ex husbands to work our case. I have been back and forth at myself on writing this. With Natalie's recommendations to the court the judge awarded him with sole custody. She manipulated and twisted every thing I said to make me seem unstable and vengeful towards the relationship my children had with their father. Even though the psychological evaluation showed normal results. Saying I was emotionally unstable in talking about losing my children. Now it stands due to her recommendation that my children have been placed in my ex husband's home with him having sole custody of two females. Within a month of him having the girls at his home he has been physically abusive to my oldest daughter. She had been thrown over couches and into walls. She took an eyebrow razor to her arm 12 times. Her father has handed her knives and told her to kill him. All reported to DCFS by me and people very worried about the children. Educated that because there was no evidence of bruising or injuries that led to hospitalization or that the incident has no evidence to cause emotional/mental abuse that there is nothing they can do.
Have never had a case with DCFS in the 13 years of being a mother. Made decisions as a single mother with little or no help. I highly recommend getting a guardian of litem to protect the children's interest. Both the children told her and my oldest told the judge strongly that they didnt want to be with their father for a lack of care they have gotten over the years. An now I have to sit by helplessly as my children change and watch as depression and calluses take their toll on the happy kids they used to be. Thank you Natalie for the damage you done.

Absolutely amazing! She really takes the time to understand the entire situtation. And to put the best interest of the children first. I have nothing but good things to say about Natalie.
