@corey brothers the same situation happened to my husband but that was 12 years ago!! It took 2 years to finally see a judge . my husband was out of work for 10 years so they were going for 10 years of back pay but when he went to court the lawyer told him that he could get disability then but he would have to sign off on getting back pay for 10 years and take just a year of pay or they could keep fighting for the 10 yrs but it wasn’t a for sure so my husband was done at this point and he took offer.. Well it took 8 months to get any kind of money and here’s the kicker, my husband didn’t see any of it, bc he died!! They had just started to deposit funds into his account and he didn’t know and he ended up going into cardiac arrest and passed later that week. He was only 43… damn shame if they wouldn’t have dragged their feet maybe he would’ve gotten to enjoy more time w/us……

It took me 10 years to finally make it to court for my disability. I was looking at the entire 10 years of retroactive pay. The attorney and judge let me walk away with only 2 years of payment. After all the leg work they really let me down. I missed out on 60K.I still feel sick to the stomach when I think about how an additional 60K would have allowed me to set up college funds for my grandkids. It's still sickening every time I think about it, which is often. So, good luck to all that go through this law firm.

They helped me didn't do right by boyfriend after knowing it was time for his hearing They said they didn't recommend it after knowing that he was being sent to go many miles to see Dr he wasn't ready but apparently they put in for hearing so that wasn't right and they had his claim put off he fired them

I give 4 stars because they did help me win my case, but I had to be extremely proactive in making sure all documents was received and filled promptly & accurately. Big down side was call backs from my representative. Extremely slow most was 3+ days before I received a response.
They was very polite & kind when on the phone and my lawyer they picked for my area did a good job.
I had to give the lawyer all the documents myler should have sent him a day before the case but again proactive is key.

They did nothing but railroad me into signing a paper for only one year back pay when it was an appeal for over 3 years. Hope you read the reviews before going to them and you can never talk to A Brad Myler not sure if he is real at all. I feel they don't do much at all my husband d did all the leg work and faced them all the info CRAZY.

No stars!!!!!Absolutely the Worst place to use for council.My attorney stated, at my hearing, that all the records were not there for the judge, but that it was okay, the judge would keep the case open to receive the documents at a later time. Then I find out from his secretary that was a lie. After my hearing, my attorney looked me right in my face and said we would appeal if the decision wasn't favorable...well it was unfavorable so Myler sends me a letter stating they were not going to represent me anymore. There was nothing else they could do for me. I've never heard of anything like it in my life! Also, during the time we were waiting on my hearing, I emailed the secretary over and ober to verify if records were receieved and was assured multiple times they were. I have email proof. The lawyer was a liar!

It took me a year to get my disability. Never had a court hearing. Recieved letter from SS last week that I was approved. I provided all the info they asked for and they did most of the work. I was a little sceptical at first but stuck with itand was approved

Lady was very rude, just trying to get my daughter lost some help but she was a very rude lady. I used these people in the past when they were milder. But I guess they've changed to big core people because they were really rude
