I like why is there not an option for negative Stars? That way you can be more honest. First off these people are very rude and do not know what they're talking about I had an employer literally bet me money that she knew more than the DMV which she didn't no I didn't get my money. Of course I didn't even ask for my money because unlike her I'm a professional. They are supposedly a family-owned business yet I hate to be in any family that operates like this sad. I hope that they truly read these and take them to heart and learn from them because they are going to this customers and in a little tiny place like Graham county you cannot afford to lose customers I would rather spend money and drive the Tucson or wherever to get my business done rather than to pay for rudeness just to be close to home. This is directed for the person in charge please please please train your staff on customer service.... Especially Valerie Megan bat slamming doors that stuff just doesn't work have a wonderful day 🙂

Terrible place, stay away. Terrible prices, staff, and knowledge of government agencies.

Valerie bet 100 dollars that DMV title transfer fee was more than 5 bucks when I mentioned their high prices. DMV charges 4 dollars for a seller to transfer a title.
It cost me 20 dollars Here at MVP in Thatcher but I was charged 5, so 25.
If you don't spend at least 80 dollars there, your charged 5 dollars.... ridiculous

The staff is rude and back each other up being a family staff/business. Way more expensive than the DMV and the DMV has been faster

The worst driving test experience ever, the lady was disrespectful and YELLED at my brother DURING his test, leaving him in tears. The condescending and mocking after the fact were not necessary, telling him he stopped so hard he ‘bruised her’ was inappropriate. I cannot recommend at all, definitely don’t take your new drivers here.

Absolutely 110% recommend this place vs the other one in Safford! The ladies are so sweet and helpful. Very happy they are open!
