Excellent report and enlightening consultation. I met with Mr. Sorensen to consult me with a valuation of a company I was working for. He knew the questions to ask, financials he would need, and he wrote an excellent and comprehensive report. The report gave me the assurance in the valuation of the company. After I had read the report he asked me to meet with him again to review what he had recommended. We discussed a great approach for me to take and gave me confidence to go forward with a transaction.
