I initially chose to go with Jenna Moser due to her background and reputation. I thought she understood and cared about the justice system and for women. I was experiencing sexual harassment at my job after having to take a stress relief due to the harassment, and then given a final Write up for taking medical leave it was clear my job was not only retaliating against me for filing a sexual harassment charge But also not willing To protect me
After being on my case for a little over four months, I got a phone call saying that they would no longer be able to help me unless I was fired from my job. This was confusing because First few months they were so invested and the month before they dropped my case I was told that they were filing paperwork with the courts, which was obviously a lie. Working with them was a waste of time it also complicated my situation I was working with my union representative and because an attorney was involved it caused delays and paperwork I was unable to get a restraining order was told by Alameda Court clerk that because I had an attorney, they would have to file it for me which they refused to do! This is a horrible law firm. They never even listen to me or try to hear my side of the story. They pulled bits and pieces. And every time I tried to tell them the full facts they refuse to listen. I feel like this law firm is only interested in million dollar lawsuits! and if you’re an average working middle-class woman, they could care less. I wouldn’t waste my time with them. There are better attorneys out there that are cheaper and actually care about their clients not just the pay out.
