They are today, President's Day! I went to this location last week and even though they couldnt t help me for my situation, they were very fast and helpful anyway. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I went back the following week and was able to get done what I needed. Fast and friendly service again.

The incompetence is breathtaking! It was 200 degrees in the waiting area where you have to wait for hours for a rep to help you. Worst DMV ever!

Every time I have been here the lobby was full (they have plenty of seats for everyone), but the line has moved along well. When you enter you are given a number based on what you need (different number groups for driver's license vs. tag renewal, etc...) They call you when someone who handles your request is available. Even with a packed house I was assisted in about 10 minutes. One time one of the clerk's made a mistake and didn't credit something to my account. I called them and they were polite and got it straightened out immediately. I have been pleased with their service.

I have been to this location three times trying to transfer my plates from another state. As you can see from my ticket the time I arrived. I want to let most know that they do not go in order of your time of arrival. I waited longer than those that came after me. This needs to be updated. It's not a fair rolling system. I understand that they take seniors first but these other numbers/people after I have been waiting 20 minutes is quite unappreciated of my time and money. The customer service isn't bad but procedurally the system is old, outdated, and quite inefficient. It punish an early person for those that run in at the last minute. In an electronic era, they certainly have chosen the least effective approach to accountability and efficiency. Simply saying that is the way we have done things doesn't mean that it's right. Growth requires change. I thought the pandemic taught all of us that there's a better way of handling business...

Transferred out of state title from Florida on a motorcycle i bought. Paid for my Alabama tag, got it registered and out the door in 25 mins.

I was nervous coming to this location based on the reviews. Checked in at 9:11 and at 9:28 I walked out with my new tags for my new vehicle. Office was clean and the woman who helped me knew what she was doing and worked efficiently.

Only 2 clerks working, assistant manager ducking and avoiding. Advise drivers license personnel the picture is too close, should be clavicle bone up. He responds is, “that’s how we do it now”. Ma’am just say you don’t know how to adjust the camera

Went in for a new car tag, had all appropriate paperwork.

Arrived at 0835 and was out by 0845!

They have a ticket check-in system and there was only a couple people in front of me.

Paperwork processed quickly and I was on my way in about 10 minutes total.
