I paid upfront to have services done after Ms Fisher did not return a call and when I called to schedule an appt for services - I received confrontation and attitude and was actually reprimanded for paying for notary public services! The website should not permit take people's $ to pay for a service upfront if that is the case. I pay for services all the time and expect that service to deliver goods and services once paid if it allows people to accept payment up front. Within 30 seconds of speaking, I was met with a bad attitude, scolding tone and someone with a demeaning voice to someone who was merely calling to inquire how this service works. Run the other way folks! I really don't care about the refund - I'm more concerned with her tone of voice towards a potential customer and that's why I wrote this review. I should never have to make a call to a business inquiry to be met with teacher scolding tone EVER for paying for goods and services. I felt as if I was talking to a "Karen"
