I would highly recommend the service of Mr. Kimsey. He is very professional but also very kind and caring. He took all the time I needed when meeting with him about my case. His secretary, Amy, was very kind and knowledgeable also. They always returned my phone calls/emails quickly and were super nice. Mr. Kimsey gave me very heartfelt advice and really took care of me. I felt very prepared when we finally had to appear in court and I am very thankful to Mr. Kimsey and his team.

Mr. Kimsey assisted me with my son's injury case very quickly. He had a horrible accident on a carnival ride and I was able to get in contact with him right away about the situation the following business day. I always refer anyone I know who has any type of legal issues to him because he takes great care of his customers. He treated me like family/friend, and has always been very respectful etc. His secretary Amy would always answer/return my calls and questions immediately. Even though we already settled the case I know for a fact that I can count on him for anything.
