Daniel is the best attorney I've hired by far! I have been trying to get my ex to sign divorce papers for nearly two years and had nearly given up. We hired Daniel and within two days he contacted my ex and got him to sign and it was finally over. He even pulled some strings and explained the situation to the court for us and got our waiting time reduced to wait from 60 days to 42 so my fiance and I could get married sooner. After meeting with this person who said he would represent my incarcerated boyfriend at the time of need for 800.00 I humbly went home and sold our car for this amount. After this was sold i took the money to DANNY MITCHELL. I did not go to Court because of work. The afternoon of the Court Date i got the call that DANNY MITCHELL didnt show up. Not only this but he didnt file Notice of Representation for monies rendered.
WOW! Now The Bar Association will get my claim of neglegants . And Im seeking damages. Danny Mitchell? Why did you take money from us and not even file representation or be in Court ? I inow you remember this.
