Elisabeth Pickle, JD is one of the most caring, kindest, smartest and detail oriented attorneys I have ever met, and I have met a lot of attorneys! Her work is thorough and she educates you about the unintended consequences of each decision you make on your estate planning documents. Furthermore, and more importantly, her work is judge approved- when we had to go before a judge about getting guardianship for my MIL, the judge was very complimentary of Elisabeth's work. Her attention to detail not only saved our family a lot of money, but it also saved pf a great deal of pain and turmoil during a very difficult time. I would recommend her to anyone seeking an attorney.

We needed to have our existing Living Trust re-written and updated. By good fortune we found Elisabeth Pickle, an attorney in Scottsdale. From our initial interaction, through the document gathering process, to the questionnaires, initial drafts and final signing Elisabeth was professional, kind and knowledgeable. The entire process was far less stressful and work than when we initially had our first Living Trust drafted. Even in a pandemic environment, I felt connected and supported through a relatively detailed process. I would recommend Elisabeth Pickle for anybody who's looking for legal services and she is someone I see reaching out to again in the future for similar needs.

I thought the trademark process would be simple but when our initial application was denied, I realized we needed help. I found Mindful Counsel through Tiktok and I'm so glad I did! Ms. Pickle's videos were so informative and she was very thorough on our consultation call. The fee was reasonable and worth every penny. She's kind, genuine and helped us every step of the way.
